- ❖ A ONE HOLIDAY is responsible to make sure that guests visit all the sites which they have been suggested in the mail, call or one on one meeting.
- ❖ A ONE HOLIDAY is responsible to make sure that guests have a comfortable trip in the cabs booked for them.
- ❖ A ONE HOLIDAY isn’t responsible for the entry tickets of any tourist attractions.
- ❖ A ONE HOLIDAY does not offer any food or ask guests to dine at any food joint while a tour is in place.
- A ONE HOLIDAY does not suggest any shopping sites to their guests.
- ❖ A ONE HOLIDAY is responsible for communication between guest and our team which is on official number (mentioned in the website), email address or one on one meet at our office.
- ❖ Package cost will change if opted for guide service, choice of transport vehicle, hotel type change.
- ❖ Although we ensure you the best experience but unfortunate delays in travel and inefficient service of hotel is the responsibility of the respective parties.
- ❖ Safety of your personal belongings during or after availing our holiday package is your responsibility.
- ❖ All accommodation bookings made from A ONE HOLIDAY are of 3rd party (we do not own the accommodation site), thus any cancellation occur due to a reason isn’t a responsibility of A ONE HOLIDAY.
- ❖ If any tourist attractions is closed when our guest reach there, isn’t a responsibility of A ONE HOLIDAY.
- ❖ All payments made to A ONE HOLIDAY should be made to A ONE HOLIDAY Bank A/C, and not to any other bank account. Our account details are A/C No: 072105001205, Bank- ICICI bank, Account Name: “A ONE HOLIDAY”, IFSC Code: ICIC0000721 & Swift Code: ICICINBBCTS/ ICICINBBNRI.
PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE :
- ❖ Entrance fees and Car Parking Fees at the monuments/ temples / parks etc.
- ❖ Expenses of personal nature such as laundry telephone calls, drinks, tipping etc.
- ❖ Any kind of insurance.
- ❖ Anything not mentioned in the itinerary.
- ❖ Any increase in the govt. taxes.
